Enterprise Service Management (ESM) ITOC

The Enterprise Service Management (ESM) ITOC is charged with evaluating new options for an ESM tool that could be used by all (or at least most) of The Claremont Colleges TCC) and TCCS. The primary focus will be on replacing and enhancing the tools currently used by IT. However, many of the newer offerings in this space are more general Service Management tools that may be of interest and use to other functional areas such as finance, HR, and facilities. The ITOC is expected to engage all functional areas that identified products may support and include the requirements of interested areas in the ITOC’s evaluation work.

Recent activity includes: During the first few weeks of this new committee, activity included setting the date for submitting a recommendation for a final solution vendor for IT Service Management and to implement an interim solution for the non-Pomona Footprints system.
