Administrative Information Systems Office (AISO) Governance ITOC

The AISO Governance ITOC is charged with broad oversight of the Administrative Information Systems Office (AISO), which provides the centralized aspects of the Jenzabar CX student information system to the five undergraduate colleges (5C). The ITOC is responsible for ongoing governance of a system that is in full operation but is expected to be decommissioned and replaced by a new student information system. As such, it is expected that the ITOC will make key decisions regarding such things as

  • appropriate timeframes for SMO (system maintenance order) installations
  • advising on how to balance resource allocation between new efforts and maintenance
  • articulate customer priorities
  • risks associated with Jenzabar CX and the Claremont deployment

While the ITOC will not be responsible for the choice of a new Student Information System, it is anticipated that AISO will play a key role in data transfer, so the ITOC will stay informed as to transition planning.
